1. Accounts and User Profiles

• No Account Required: You do not need to create an online account or register with an email address to play.
• Local Profile: The app allows you to create a "Local Profile" by entering a nickname or alias. This is solely used to identify you within the game lobby when playing with friends.
• Data Storage: Your nickname and game preferences are stored locally on your device.

2. Gameplay and Connectivity

• Social Interaction: This game is designed to be played with friends in real-time.
• Internet Connection: An active internet connection is required to create or join game rooms.
• Fair Play: We encourage a fun and respectful environment. Cheating or exploiting bugs to ruin the experience for others is prohibited.

3. In-App Purchases and Refunds

• Optional Purchases: The app may offer optional purchases to remove ads or unlock cosmetic items.
• Payment Processing: All financial transactions are processed exclusively by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not have access to your credit card or banking information.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to the policies of the store from which you downloaded the app (Google Play or App Store). The developer cannot issue refunds directly.

4. Advertisements

• Ad Support: To keep the app free to play, we display advertisements provided by third-party networks.
• User Experience: We strive to ensure ads do not interfere with critical gameplay moments.

5. Liability

The developer is not responsible for any damages resulting from connectivity issues, server downtime, or third-party services (ads/payments).

2. Local Data

• Nickname: The nickname you choose is stored locally on your device and is only transmitted temporarily to the game server to display your name to other players in your room. It is not permanently stored on our servers after the game session ends.

3. Data Sharing

• No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information or game data to outside parties.
• Ad Networks: Third-party advertising partners may collect anonymous device identifiers (such as Advertising ID) to serve relevant ads. This is standard industry practice for free apps.

4. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since no account is required, no personal data is requested from any user regardless of age.
