1. Game Usage and Accounts
No Registration Required: You do not need to create an account with an email or phone number to play.
User Identity: Upon first launch, the app assigns a random nickname (e.g., "Ronin", "Samurai") to identify your progress.
Nickname Modification: You have the option to customize this nickname in the settings. This name is used solely for gameplay identification and leaderboard rankings.
Online Features: The app connects to the internet to synchronize your high scores with the global and country-specific leaderboards.
2. User Conduct and Rankings
Offensive Nicknames: While you can choose your own name, the use of offensive, hateful, sexual, or politically charged language in nicknames is strictly prohibited.
Moderation: The developer reserves the right to reset, ban, or remove any user from the leaderboards who violates these rules or attempts to cheat/hack the scoring system.
Fair Play: Any use of exploits or third-party tools to manipulate game scores will result in a permanent ban from the rankings.
3. In-App Purchases (IAP)
Bamboo Blitz may offer optional purchases to remove ads or unlock cosmetic items.
All transactions are processed securely and exclusively through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Refunds: We do not handle payments directly. Refund requests must be made through the respective store's support system according to their policies.
4. Advertisements
The free version of Bamboo Blitz displays advertisements provided by third-party networks (e.g., AdMob).
By using the app, you consent to the display of these advertisements.
5. Limitation of Liability
The developer is not responsible for any data loss, connectivity issues preventing score synchronization, or downtime of the leaderboard servers. The app is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes.

Personal Data: We DO NOT collect your email, phone number, or physical address.
Game Data: We collect your chosen Nickname, Avatar selection, and Game Scores to display them on the leaderboards.
Location Data (IP Based): When you submit a score or register, our servers detect your country based on your IP address. This is done strictly to place you in the correct "Country Leaderboard". We do not track your precise GPS location.
2. How We Use Your Data
Rankings: Your Nickname, Avatar, and Score are public and visible to other players on the Global and Country Leaderboards.
Functionality: To save your progress locally and synchronize it with the cloud if you choose to participate in rankings.
3. Advertisements and Analytics
We use third-party services (like Google AdMob) that may collect anonymous data identifiers (Advertising ID) to serve personalized ads.
You can opt-out of personalized advertising in your device's settings.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. Your nickname and score are shared publicly only within the context of the game's leaderboard.
5. Security
We implement standard security measures to protect the integrity of your score data and user profile. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
