Commissions: Catalogapp charges zero commissions on the sales or transactions conducted through these integrations. Any transaction fees or commissions are charged independently by your selected payment processor under their own terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability: Catalogapp assumes no responsibility or liability for payment failures, withheld funds, chargebacks, fraud, technical errors, or disputes that may arise during the processing of transactions on those third-party platforms.

4. Commercial Relationship Between Merchant and Buyer

Transactional Disclaimer: Catalogapp operates strictly as an online catalog and digital storefront tool. All commercial agreements, shipments, delivery of goods, warranties, and monetary exchanges occur directly and privately between you (the merchant) and your buyers. Catalogapp does not intervene in, manage, or assume any responsibility for fulfillment, compliance, or disputes regarding these private sales.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your assets and personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, since no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure, we encourage you to use strong account credentials and maintain the confidentiality of your login details.
