By downloading or using the Moto Pro application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Accounts and Access

Users must provide accurate information during registration (via email or third-party SSO). You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Moto Pro reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

2. In-App Purchases

Moto Pro offers premium features via one-time purchases.

• Payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable local law or the respective app store's refund policy.

3. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any data, receipts, or documents uploaded to the App. By uploading, you grant Moto Pro a limited, worldwide license to host and display this content strictly for the purpose of operating the App. Moto Pro is not responsible for the loss of user data; users are encouraged to maintain their own backups.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App provides predictive maintenance alerts, fuel efficiency calculations, and financial estimates based on user-inputted data. These are informational estimates only. Moto Pro does not replace professional mechanical diagnostics, official vehicle sensors, or legal counsel. Moto Pro is not liable for vehicle damage, mechanical failures, traffic fines, or financial losses resulting from the use or reliance on the App's data.

Privacy Policy

Moto Pro respects your privacy. This policy outlines our data collection, use, and protection practices.

1. Data Collection

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the App:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication tokens.
• Vehicle Information: Make, model, year, and mileage logs.
• Transactional Data: Fuel logs, maintenance records, and user-uploaded receipt/document images.
• Technical Data: Device identifiers and push notification tokens necessary for app functionality.

2. Data Usage

Data is strictly used to:

• Provide core App functionalities (e.g., calculating fuel efficiency, generating reports).
• Deliver maintenance and document expiration alerts via push notifications.
• Authenticate users and validate premium purchases.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Moto Pro does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share data with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, payment gateways, notification delivery systems) under strict confidentiality agreements, solely to facilitate App operations, or when required by law.

4. Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures, including encrypted communication channels (HTTPS) and cryptographic hashing for sensitive credentials, to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

5. Data Retention and User Rights

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You have the right to access, modify, or permanently delete your account and associated data at any time via the App's settings menu, or by submitting a formal deletion request to imagineapps2023@gmail.com. Upon account deletion, all personal data is purged from our active databases.
